Add picture to page title

How would I add a picture (logo) to a page title? The
objective is to have our logo in place of the IE logo
when the page title is displayed at the top of the screen.

You can't.

That region of the browser's window is not accessible via the
HTML <title> element.

We can however use a 16x16 logo in the address bar when a page
is displayed and we can modify the logo of IE that is displayed
in the upper right-hand corner of the window that IE runs within.

The latter is not accessible to general site visitors and requires
a custom distribution of IE itself so I won't discuss that.

The former on the other hand is quite easy to do and is well
documented.
