Adding command buttons in custom toolbar

A

I'm using a custom toolbar. Is there a way to include all my command
buttons in the toolbar?

Each of the form has the same numbers of command buttons (ie. to
return to main menu, print, find, etc). Is there a way to remove the
command buttons from the form but run them from the toolbar?

In the customize window, I found "Toolbox" under commands tab. This
one has an option to add a command button in the toolbar but I can't
figure out how to add the onClick event on the command button from the
toolbar. The property option has an "On Action" with a drop down but
the drop down only list my macros. Is there a way to create a macro to
call the onClick event I already have?

This is not something I need to finish my project but I've been
wondering if there's a way to accomplish this.

Thank you,

Sei.
