Adding Form Field in SendObject E-Mail

S

Sara

Hello,

I'm not sure if this can be done and I haven't been able to find anything on
it. I have a SendObject macro. It currently pulls from a form to gather which
e-mail address to send the e-mail to. What I would like to do is also have it
pull in a field from that same form and populate it in the e-mail message.
For example, these are for approvals, so when the approver clicks "Approved",
it runs the macro and shoots off the e-mail notifying the requester saying
"Your request has been approved." I would like it to pull in the name field
from the form so the e-mail would say "Your request for [John Doe] has been
approved." Is this possible? The e-mail doesn't open for editing and I want
it to remain automatic.

Thanks,
Sara
