Adding New record

I have a Data Base editor in place on my site which works just fine. However
when I publish to a new location using FP2003 the editor no longer works.

When I try to add a new record I git submit get a message that record was
added but it wasn't added to DB?

When I try to edit an existing record I get an error that one or more fields
are empty, but they are not?

I am pulling my hair out with this one!!

Any suggestions greatly appreciated..

PS I have done this loads of times with no errors before

Verify that your DB connection is set in the new web you published to
- In Tools - Site Settings - Database Connections
