Adding Newsgroups to Toolbar

Hi. I use Outlook 98 and also Outlook Express. In Express I set up a
newsgroup account.

How can I access the newsgroup from Outlook (ideally with an icon on the
toolbar)?

I think the only thing you can do is to put a shortcut to OE on your Outlook
Bar.
