Adding quick outline to files

I know this seems odd/or something people should know off the bat, however
when I was searching for this i didn't know the best way to describe it, so i
figured I would just ask.
When you have a file that you are about to open in Word, and you mouse over
it and a yellow-beige box appears with a quick description of what's in the
document without actually being in the document. So my question is how do you
create those

This is usually the information from the Summary tab of File > Properties.
You can change that information from within Word (File > Properties) or by
right-clicking on the Word doc in Explorer and selecting "Properties".
