i want to create a form on my site that visitors can
enter their regular mail addresses into a datebase so
that i can then print-out mailing labels. is this
possible by using existing tools in Frontpage or other
Office applications?

Yes, you just design the visual aspect fo the form in
FrontPage, and then configure the form properties to save
the results to a disk file, a database file, or e-mail.
