Adjusting printed size of rack

D

David Asher

I have used the Rack diagram in Visio 2003 with great success. What a great
tool. The only problem I have is the inability to adjust the printed size.
Printing on A4 makes the text too small. Printing on A3 only changes the
size of the paper, not the diagram. When I try to adjust the size of the
diagram I only end up adding RUs to the diagram. Can anyone assist here.
Thanks.

Al,

Thanks for taking the time to post a question to my question. Can you be
more specific as to what settings can be changed to give me the desired
effect.

the default page scale in a us diagram is one inch equals one foot. By
changing the scale to something like 1.5 inch = 1 foot the drawing takes up
a significantly larger portion of the printed page.
You can also set page size to "same size as printer paper size" so that the
two will track (paper and drawing)
