One way I would approach it is to set everyone assigned
at 25% and that would be equivalent to 2 hours. Make the
duration the length of the year (calendar versus fiscal).
The other way is to use Project Web and set up the non-
project work categories and have your resources enter 2
hours per day into that category and then 6 hours on
project tasks.
