Administrator userid permissions

Hi,

I have noticed a very strange thing while I was working on
the templates & categories inorder to set the permissions
for the team. I have lost the permission for the
administrator userid. I can log in using the administrator
userid & password in the web access. But the permission to
the Projects, Resource, Issue etc.. have been denied
indicating you don't have sufficient permission to view.
Currently I am using the administrator by adding a user to
the administrator group & setting the permission with this
userid. I would like to restore the administrator userid
permission. Can anyone guide on how to restore the
administrator userid permissions?
