after 2003 install, my outlook now longer finds exchange server.

In office XP, outlook could find the Exchange Server 2003 just fine. Now with Outlook 2003, I cannot open the mailbox folder and its says that "unable to expand the set of folders" "the exchange server could not be located". It all worked before, what could be happening???
