After import, can't change

Hi, after I insert a project from MS Access into MS Project 2002, I
can't change a lot of things, such as move a subtask to the left to
make it no longer a subtask, etc. It seems that the only things I can
change are the start and stop and the preds, a few things like that.
Not much else.

Also, when my boss emails me a project file to make updates, I can't
delete or rename a resource. I can add, but not delete or rename.

Is there any way around this? This is driving me nuts.

Hi,

Is yopur copy activated with MS project? In P2003 before activation a lmot
of features are disables.
HTH
