All Office Help Has Disappeared

I tried to look up something in Word 2002 help and there is nothing there, it
just says that Help can not connect to the internet. I tried Repair and
Reloading but nothing helps. I use WinXP Home SP2

How do I get Office to look on the hard drive for the help files?
