Allow access to Outlook

My phone syncs with Outlook. Each time the phone tries to sync, Outlook
pops up a message asking if I will allow access by a 3rd party app to
Outlook for x mins.

How can I stop outlook prompting and allow access forever?

I have the same problem and posed it in another post.
This is a CRITICAL problem in usefulness. If this has no
fix, then all the features of Outlook 2003 are useless
and I must go to another product or an earlier version.
