Anchoring Graphics in Word

Please help me by giving me detailed instructions on how to anchor a graphic
in a Word document so that it does not move around when scrolling up and
down working on the document. Most of the instructions I have found are
either ambiguous and do not work for me.

I like to place my graphics In line with text. (Select it, hit
Format-->Picture, go to the layout tab, and choose In Line with Text.)

That way they don't move around on me.
