Why won't my animations work in Publisher?
I don't want to create a web page. Instead I am creating an email newsletter
that is just sent via outlook to my coworkers. I am not sending it as an
attachement either.
Please help me get them to move!!

Animations only work in HTML. If you send the newsletter to your co-workers the
animated gif will be received as a separate attachment. If they open the
attachment it will animate.
