another resource group question

Is there a way for a resource to be a member of multiple groups? For example,
the project has 4 teams and some people are on more than one teams.

My goal is to assign the groups to their respective tasks and be able to
output a list of task by the individual resource.

This is possible only with Project Server using a multiple value field like
the RBS. You can then assign a resource to more than one structure level.

But you still cannot assign a group to a task and have the workload by
individual resoruce.
That is not possible within any version of Project, sorry.
