Appearance time in any typing of text into Office 2007 is slow

Does the same thing happen if you start Outlook in safe mode (hold Ctrl when
you start it)?

No, it works great in safe mode.

No, it works great in safe mode.

Then it's likely you have an add-in causing the problem. Start Outlook
normally and disable all add-ins. The enable them one at a time until you
find the one causing the problem.

I am not able to disable some add-in's unless Outlook 2007 is opened as
administrator. The window which opens when I right click the Outlook 2007
icon does not have a line which says "Run as administrator". Any suggestions?

Where is the icon? You can do it several ways. The easiest, perhaps, is to
right-click the OUTLOOK.EXE image in the installation folder.
