Appearing and disappearing text in help documents

How do I create a document that uses the features that are in the help files
for Office. When you click a green word additional text (which was
previously hidden) appears. Then when it's clicked again that text
disappears. This is used on the Office website, and in their help documents.

Hi Adrian,

You won't get that exact effect in Word, because the web pages do it
with dynamic HTML. However, Greg Maxey has something similar at
http://gregmaxey.mvps.org/Toggle_Data_Display.htm.
