Archiving files to Disk

How do I move my files from Outlook folders to disk without having to open the files and do a save as? I have lots of folders that I want to move off the system.

Go to Outlook's Help menu and read up on Archive and AutoArchive.

Hi Minta - I don't have an answer to your problem (I am a
not a tech expert- but love your name. My mom's name is
Minta, and also my first granddaughter. You don't see it
very much. Good luck with your folder archiving - it's
something I need to do, too.
