.ART graphics

I'm trying to find a filter? converter? for *.ART
graphics. I've got MS office 2000 running on Windows ME.

I tried downloading update MS Office 2000 SR-1 beta
version of Office 2003 Resource Kit Tools.

It will not install - keep getting error message "requires
MS 2000 or later".

1) Why won't the update install?

2) How can I get *.ART graphics to open in PowerPoint?
