I'm using Outlook XP. I work at home, and I have four email accounts in my
Outlook profile so that I can monitor all types of emails throughout the day.
The feature that I would like to have available is the option to associate a
recipient with one particular email account, so that whenever I send her an
email, Outlook automatically chooses the specified sender account.
As an added bonus, this could possibly work in emails to multiple
recipients, choosing the specified sender account for each recipient, or the
default sender account for recipients where this has not been specified. But
that's just an added bonus. The core of this request is to help keep me from
sending emails and, immediately afterward, realizing that I did not choose
the account from which to send.
