Attached Email Error

One of our users is unable to send a attachment to our client. We have sent
a blank Excel file to the same client and it has worked but when we try to
send a file with data in it sends the body text of the mail but not the
attachment.

Any ideas???

might the filesize be a problem? or do you have any content filtering
active (firewall, etc.)?

try disable antivirus software and send again, does this help?
