Attachment problems

I use Outlook Express and have had trouble lately
receiving attachments. It says that they have been
blocked b/c the source is considered unsafe. I can see
that the attachments are there but can not open them.
Does anyone know how to turn off that security feature and
access those attachments?

Tools-> Options-> Security-> Do not allow...
