Attachments: Lost the "Open" option, can only save >>>

While opening an attachment in Outlook 2003 yesterday I
accidentally checked off the "Always prompt me" option in
the attachment dialog box. Meaning that now the program
no longer prompts me if I want to Open or Save the
attachment, I can save only. How in the world can I turn
this back on?
