auto deleting of messages??

Can someone please help me. Somehow Either willingly or otherwise I mus
have changed my preferences and now when I read one of my e-mails an
then click on the next the previous one deletes to the never world (no
able to find even in the delete box. can anyone please explain.

Check if you have any rules set up.

Else try doing a virus scan and check if that helps !!!
