Auto Save Email Attachments

I have some emails that come from a specific person, with a specific attachment. Now, I want to find a way to automatically save this attachment to a specific location, and (optional) delete the email...I have looked through the "create rules wizard" and that has come up short...is there a program that may be able to help...anything?
