Autofill stopped working

Hi all,

Has anyone's autofill feature in Outlook XP ever stopped
working? This is what's happening to one of our users in
our office. The feature was working with no problem for a
long time and then all of a sudden it stopped. Almost as
if the cache cleared out by itself. I checked the Advanced
email options and the option is still checked to allow
that feature. When this person emails new people, it works
but all of the "history" has been cleared out. If anyone
can enlighten me on this and let me know if there is
anyway to get the history back, I'd appreciate it.
