Automatic copy in forms

Can I enter an word once in a form and have it automatically copied to other
locations in the same form?

Yes. See the REF field.

I suspect that you are talking about is what Word calls an "online form."
Check this in help. Make sure that the field in which you originally enter
the information is set to "calculate on exit." For more about online forms,
