I set up Outlook as my eMail front-end. I use AOL as my
ISP and Yahoo as my eMail mail box.
The outlook receive function works fine -- I am able to
retrieve my yahoo eMail message OK. However, when I am
reviewing the eMails in Outlook, and am offline, Outlook
will automatically launch AOL.
I did not check the box to have Outlook automatically
check for messages every so many minutes. The automatic
launch only occurs when I am clicking on the email
messages, not when I'm not interacting with the email
messages, or when I'm in a different Outlook function
(e.g. calendar).
Does anyone have a solution to my problem?
