Automatically addressing the "to" field

I think this is very simple.

I just want a button on my toolbar that opens a new email addressed to
a specific address.

Do you have to use a macro for this or can Outlook support directly.

I send email to a particular address very often and just want a quick
way to do it.

Create a new message and save it as an oft-file. Then use View-> Toolbars->
Customize Toolbars and drag/drop any command to the Toolbar. Righclick the
just added command and use Assign Hyperlink to link it to the oft-file.
