Automatically Save Preview Picture in 2007

In Word 2003, I use to be able to go to options and choose to have all
documents created automatically save the file with preview picture. This was
very convenient for me.
Now in 2007, I have to go to the Windows button, scroll down to Prepare,
click Properties, click on down arrow of Document Properties then Advance
Properties, go Summary Tab, then check Save Preview Picture of each document
I create. TOO MANY STEPS... HATE IT!!!
Can you help me?

Generally speaking, saving a preview picture is a Bad Idea (see
http://sbarnhill.mvps.org/WordFAQs/PreviewPicture.htm), but if the template
on which you base documents has a preview picture, the documents will
default to having a preview as well.

But part of your problem is that there is no Word 2007 equivalent for
"Prompt to save document properties." You can alleviate this somewhat by
putting a shortcut to Advanced Document Properties on the QAT and trying to
remember to use it when you create new documents.
