Automating download of emails

Microsoft allows you to set time intervals in Outlook 2000
to download emails. HOw do you schedule your computer to
switch itself on and then to open outlook and then
download emails and then close outlook and then switch off
at the samtime everyday?

You can't program your computer to "switch itself on". You'll need an
external timer on the power cord for that.
