Automating Email...When User's Machine is Not Turned On

A user needs to send an email that includes an attachment pulled from a
folder somewhere on the network to a group of people every day...even
when he's on vacation.

Before he told me the part about needing to run it even when he's out, I
was thinking about having him create a recurring calendar item, and
building a macro around that. Obviously that is not an option now.

I don't know a thing about scripting the Exchange server, but is it
possible to develop something that would run on the Exchange server to
do what she needs?


If there are any other options, I'd be glad to hear them.
