B1 to B0 Copies

I am using 2007 and have an issue with the baseline. I need to copy the
baseline 1 back into baseline, save and publish. I clear the cache and
reopen from the server. However, the baseline reverts back to the original
values rather than b1's. I have tried all sorts of actiions but nothing is
working. Am I missing something?

Please advise and thanks.

Roland:

How are you doing this? The steps should be:

Tools > Tracking > Set Baseline
In the Set Baseline window, select Set Interim Plan radio button
Copy from Baseline1
Copy to Baseline
For entire project

After this you need to save. To see the changes in PWA, you must first
publish.
