Back-up of data

Regarding the calendar; tasks; etc. in Microsoft
Outlook ... I cannot find a way to back up on (CD or
floppy disk, etc.) the data contained in MS Outlook in
case of a computer failure. How can this be done ... or
is it even possible.

The file you need to back up is your Personal Folders file (*.pst) It's
where all the mail, calendar, contacts etc are stored.
