background sound in frontpage 2002

I wanted to change my background sound on my web page but
on the "page properties" screen under the general
tab/background sound will not highlite for me to do so. I
have changed it before, but for some reason it will not
let me now. I have no idea why this has happened.I have
not changed any options/settings or anything.
Can anyone out there help me with this issue, I would
really appreciate it. Thanks!

Tools, Page Options, Compatibility. Check all the boxes and set the drop
downs to "Custom"
