Backing Up Outlook 2007 and BCM

I tried the pfbackup file, and followed all instructions, but still does not
show up under file menu... Trust center shows add in and it is checked, and
enabled...

is there a way I can backup ALL information... including emails, signatures,
settings, email accounts and settings, etc.... Seems kind of absurd that
there is no way to do this, easily... I am learning the hard way and had to
re-input all info manually again after a reinstall. Luckily my email messages
were not lost.. the export is easy, btu what about all the rest of the
info?????

The BCM backup did NOT back up any category items... I lost all that info
when restoring.. The categories were still in the contact file, but they had
no color, etc..
I know they are two seperate backups.. Any 3rd party programs to get ALL
data backed up ?

Exporting will lose various mail/msg settings

The add-in may not be registered correctly. So, try registering the dll with

the following steps.

1. Exit Outlook.

2. On the Start menu click Run

3. In the Open box type the following and click OK.

regsvr32 "c:\program files\microsoft office\office\addins\outbak.dll"

NOTE: You may need to adjust the above path to Outbak.dll to match the

location on your computer.

4. After running the command line start Outlook.
