backup utility for MS exchange server-

Kamath-BOI

We have microsoft exchange server with outlook 2007. A server with around 80
client access the mails through MS Exchange. Userwise folders are created .
We have installed the backup utility in one of these users but not able to
identify under which user the utility is installed. When we go for fresh
installing this utility, system gives a message as this utility is already
installed. Even with the system administrator login we are not able to
uninstall. We have used "pfbackup.exe" with 160kb file size.

How do we identify with whose user the utility is installed?
And how do we uninstall the same?

Kindly help us to rectify this problem.

Should you not ask this in an Exchange newsgroup rather than an Outlook
newsgroup?

Did you install it on the Exchange server? It is for client machines, not
exchange - and when exchange is used you should use an archive solution that
was made for exchange.
