I am working on an Enterprise project and would like to have the userid
and time stamp on any changes made to tasks by any project member
(including the project manager). It is important for me to have this
information for auditing purposes. Postings on this group say that
Project 2003 does not have a log file. Is there someway I can have this
information in an easy way.

Writing a new set of codes based on trigger on the SQL is way I want to
avoid.

Thanks for your input.

Project does not track changes in that way. You can add events in VBA and
write old task values to a log file, but not all changes will get detected.
The pjdb.htm file states: "Placing triggers on Project database tables may
cause data corruption or return unexpected results" so be very careful with
your triggers!
