Black text box

When I create a text box in Power Point it immediatley is black as a type
into it, and I can't see what I have typed. I have tried changing background
and colour scheme to no avail. HELP!

You say you have checked the background and colour scheme, so no use to go
that way.

It's a longshot but maybe it is just a display issue. Try setting hardware
acceleration back.
