blind email to a named group

I'm trying to send an email to our Board of Directors, and I'd like those
words ("Board of Directors") to show up in the "to" line, but not all the
names. They all know who is on the Board, but we just don't want their names
to show up at the top of emails we send them.

Use the BCC field.

Create a contact named "Board of Directors" and give it your own address.
Include that contact in the To field and the board member names in the Bcc
field.
