Blocked attachments

I need to disable some of the attachment security in
Outlook 2002. there used to be a reg edit to set the
levels of security to allow for URL attachments. But I
can't remember the key and string values to add....Anyone?

on Outlook 2002 for "level1remove". Or you could use the
AttachmentOptions utility; I found it at http://www.slipstick.com.
