Booklet Format Text Flow

Using Publisher 2000 to create a booklet: Is there a way to have text
automatically flow across only ODD numbered pages?

We would like the left-hand pages of our booklet to be blank for notes
and all the text to appear on the right-hand [odd numbered] pages.

Create text frames on all your odd-numbered pages, and link them using the
Link Text Box tool.
