Booklet template 4-(4.25"x5.5") double sided per letter sheet

I am trying to lay out a booklet template to print pages in duplex on letter
size paper having 4-(4.25"x5.5" booklet pages) that will print like a booklet
in duplex printer.

You can either print two pages per sheet (they will be the same) or customize a
size in your printer. You will have to cut the stock first before feeding into
your printer if you select a custom size.

In page setup, select booklet, type width 4.25, height 5.5, portrait. Publisher
will say it will print two pages per sheet.

If your printer is capable of custom size, setup your printer for 8.5 x 5.5.
