CADD INSERT TO VISIO 2002

I INSERT A AUTOCADD DRAWING INTO VISIO2002 PRINT IT AND
SAVE IT. BUT WHEN I OPEN THE VISIO2002 FILE AGAIN THE
INSERTED DRAWING IS NOT VISIBLE BUT THE OBJECT GRIPS ARE
VISIBLE WHAT CAN I DO TO PREVENT THIS FROM HAPPENING? IT
ALSO HAPPENS TO A FELLOW WORKER SO IT NOT JUST ME. THANKS
