Hi,
I have Outlook 2000 on WinXP Pro. It would crash after a while, when
doing my emails. Error message referenced hungapp. And, when I
clicked on Calendar, Outlook would crash right away.
Partial solution: I moved the outlook.pst file out of the folder, into
another folder, and opened Outlook, creating a NEW outlook.pst file.
Then I imported all messages and contacts from the OLD file. The new
file works, but calendar information is lost.
More complete solution: I opened the OLD pst file with Outlook 2003.
It identified some problem and took some time fixing it. Then, from
within Outlook 2003, I exported the calendar contents into the NEW
outlook.pst file. Now, when using the NEW file with Outlook 2000, all
works well and I have all messages and all calendar items.
