Calendar Sync with Outlook Urgent help needed!

I

Ism

Hi folks,

I'm desperately trying to find a calendar sync tool that will provide me
with the following options (or at least some of them), can someone please
advise if they are possible in Groove, or if anyone knows any other software
that will provide it?

I'm using Outlook 2003 SP2, on a hosted Managed Exchange Server. (will
change this setup if needed to help implement a solution?)

The scenario..., I have 5 different customers, all asking to have access to
my diary to speed up booking meetings etc... I'm happy for this, but don't
want them to see everything... eg other client names in appointments etc. So
is it possible to...

Option 1. Set up one workspace which they can all access and then... to show
free/busy indicators for my diary - i.e. no specific info, just whether i'm
available for a meeting or not.

Option 2. have the same as Option 1 but also have option on each meeting to
decide whether it gets synced with Groove or not. e.g. I have other meetings
reminders in my calendar like phone calls I need to make, which I don't want
to even show up as a free/busy indicator in Groove.

Option 3. Set up 5 workspaces, one for each client, and then when making a
meeting appt in outlook, have a way of selecting which workspaces get visage
of this appt. (eg from a drop down menu click on the workspace names.) This
would be beneficial for instance if i'm taking a day off work. (By having
the 5 workspaces, each of my clients can then publish their work as well,
with out other clients seeing it).

Any advice anyone can give on any or all 3 of the above options would be
really appreciated!

(I know about 10 other freelance people looking for this functionality in a
product, so if it's not available, is anyone thinking about it, and if so any
idea on timelines to availability?)
