Calendar View

Does any one know how to organize a calendar view of multi
Projects. When I look at my calendar I often cannot tell
which tasks goes with what Project. Appreciate any
assistance provided.

The only way I have found success is to make sure you
name your tasks according to the Project name or use a
WBS that is displayed that can differentiate between
projects. i.e. MDX1234.1.1.2 as the WBS code for one
project and then MXF5678.1.1.2 as the other.

Hi Marlon,

Welcome to this Microsoft Project newsgroup :)

Open the Calendar view, right click on a bar, Bar Styles.../select All and
in the Text Fields selector type "Project,Name" (without the quotes and no
spaces)/OK.
