Can i download a user manual for word/excel/frontpage ect?

Can i download a user manual for word/excel/frontpage ect? so i can teach my
self fully all the features and possibly use them as trainging materials

no. The Help files are available online, but if you want a manual as such
you have to buy it separately. Microsoft stopped supplying manuals as part
of the product about 10 years ago, and the customers let them get away with
it.
